Please keep the bay windows closed with the air conditioning to avoid any risk of condensation.
SMOKERS
All our rooms are “non-smoking” and to keep them free of the smell of tobacco we ask that you do not smoke inside the room but only on the balcony, with the French window closed.
When you leave, if we detect a smell of cigarettes in the room, we will apply a supplement of 150€ for the deodorization of the room and also charge an additional night (according to the current rate) for the blocking of the room the following night .
ANIMALS
Well-behaved and clean dogs are exceptionally accepted within the establishment, for a supplement of 50€ per night and per animal.
They remain under your full responsibility at all times and we have no doubt that you will be able to watch over their behavior.
In the event of damage or degradation, the hotel reserves the right to charge €150 for additional cleaning costs and the possibility of shortening your stay.
In addition, if the room cannot be rebooked on the day of your departure due to damage caused by your pet, an additional night will be charged according to the hotel’s current rate.
Dogs are not allowed in the SPA, at the swimming pool and must be kept on a leash in the common areas.
